The picture with the ladder shows a great space (in the rafters) for placement of a FM yagi antenna and rotator for your Accuphase T-1200. Looks like you have the space to mount something as large as a 12'/6-element (or larger) yagi and run the coax as one line down to the tuner. You can then 'point' the antenna towards your various stations to maximize the reception.

A complete sealing - soffit vents, gable vents, ridge vent. I see you used bats in the rafters. Is your attic space fully sealed or ventilated? The bats make a much cleaner look than the exposed foam.

My attic space is ventilated; I obviously chose R19 Batts for many reasons. Aesthetically it looks much better. Doing it myself also allowed for me to fill every nook and cranny. It was time consuming, but I’m quite pleased with the finished job.
I can easily feel the benefits already.
