Default I am an expecting "parent" ... of a Shindo Cortese

This beauty will soon be joining my growing collection of Shindo gear. I just got the photo of my new "baby" from Matthew at Pitch Perfect in SF.

Behold the Cortese F2A power amp. 10+10W of SET deliciousness. This was, for a while, Stereophile's Art Dudley's reference amp; here's his review. And here's the 6 Moons review.

I can't wait.

Alberto

PS Notice Art Dudley's comment on the "little Montille" at the end of his review. I am going to keep it. Sometimes I'll go SET, other times push-pull.

Alberto,

Let me be the first to congratulate you.

Moving up the Shindo line is a very exciting and enlightening experience.

With Shindo when you move "up" the line you don't get "more" power .... you don't get more "features" ... you just get "MORE" of that Shindo sound.

Hard to explain. You just have to hear ir for yourself.

Shindo, a "levitating" experience...

Shindo.

Everything else.

Just kidding of course. I've always enjoyed CJ gear when I had it or heard it.

Alberto, I will be following your developments closely. It is time for me to re-organize and resurrect my "analog room". I will need to consult with you as Shindo and Tannoy may very well be the building blocks of my new system for that room.

Congratulations Alberto - I was hoping you would fine something else to try. I really enjoy reading your reviews. In the future you will have to find a way to bring other pieces of equipment home and write reviews for us who enjoy reading them. Looking forward to read this next review on your new Shindo gear.
