Oppo 103d
Has anyone heard about this player? It has a Darbee video processing in it? price is $599. I am curious if anyone uses a darbee now and is it worth it

There is some information about the Oppo 103D on Oppo's website. According to the website, it has 4k upscaling capability.
I use a standalone Darbee unit between my Oppo 105 and my Sony projector. I really like the results. My default setting is 40%, which looks best to my eyes for 90% of source material. However, some source material can look over processed. It's nice to have the ability to adjust the Darbee effect on the fly, or turn it off altogether with the push of a button on the remote. YMMV.
