Default Manley Labs & PMC

Had a meeting with some good friends of mine at Manley Labs in Chino. Brought some Gb1is and hooked them up to some Mahi monos. 40w of pure tube goodness. PMC doesn't have a known reputation for working with anything other than big solid state amps...My aim is to dispell that. I had heard from dealers of PMC and Manley that the combo was something to be taken seriously. I wasn't quite prepared for what I heard, even with the most modest setup. Pics included.

Ian, your comment on big solid state amps - I ran my FB1+, then later my AB1s through a pair of Rogue 120's and ARC LS8mkII, both speakers were absolutely incredible

I really enjoyed the Manley Stingray I had here, EveAnna knows how to design a great amp.

I can also attest that PMC's can sound fabulous on smaller tube amps.
I like my combo of FB1i Sigs and the 38/21 wpc (ultralinear/triode) Prima Luna
Dialogue Two integrated amp better and better every day. I've not experienced any gain problems either.

Cool to have all these threads migrated to the Manley forum.
I forgot this one.
I think that Manley goes well with everything.
The Snappers loved my EB1i and now they love my Wilson's WP8's.
