Default Paradigm Flagship Persona 9H in Blue

I like the look of the Persona 9H--very cool in blue!

Also pictured, one of four powered, 8.5" differential-drive woofers per side that benefit from built-in Anthem Room Correction (ARC).

Those are pretty spectacular in a very 'different' way. Has anybody acquired and/or spent some quality time with the 9H's yet?

Default Persona 9H

Have a pair of these on order. Waiting to see what the new finish choices are before they will be built, but I'm looking for suggestions as to amplification. I would think most low power amps would suffice, given their sensitivity. Currently have Magtechs powering Magnepan 3.7's, and will no doubt try to sell both and get something else. Anyone heard these and have suggestions? I do like to turn up the volume on occasion.)))
Thanks
Carl

Problem with our local Paradigm dealers is none of them brought in the Persona line. Too bad, as I would like to hear them. A nice 75wpc tube amp should make them sing very loudly with their 96db efficiency.

From what I can see on their website , they seemed to restrict the Persona line to just a few dealers. Believe from talking to one that they had to go for "training" to get the line. And I'm sure the price point caused many to resist. tough sell in the higher end market , as many of their current dealers probably sell to a lower price point.

Heard the 9H at the audio show a couple of months back driven by the Moon Audio 700 Integrated fed by the N10 server sounded fantastic but cant help think these should sound even better with a good Class A amp.

Wondering about a low power Pass Labs unit. A lot available used and the price is relatively reasonable.

I believe Paradigm recommends between 15- 500 watts, as to how much you need depends on your room size and as you said occasionally like to crank it up I would go with at least the XA 60,s or 100,s. but you can try a XA 30 to see how it works.Lots of guys running the XA 60.5 believe its the best sounding amps Pass made, don't know haven't heard a Pass in a long time but I would not buy any amp without being able to audition first with those fine 9H,s you have coming.

Lots of really fine Class A amps and integrated out their to choose from depending on your budget.

Thanks....The 60 0r 100 are both ones I'm considering ..as well as ARC 75se....lots of choices !!
Anyone with experience with the 75SE with the tube upgrade have a comment on how this combination might sound?
I'm a long way from dealers so trying to rely on seasoned ears who are fortunate enough to hear this gear often...
Thanks for any and all comments..
