Little worrisome that the site is down. LilDebs888 didn't say anything about the site being down - but her last post from last night -

I have been in contact by mail with Jerron over the past 24 hours..no problems I would expect..
In his last email he even wrote me this: If you go to our web-site, you can see the shades of these two: www.wilsonaudio.com

Hello all,
I have appreciated several of you sending me emails and calling me personally over this issue of that Wilson seems to be having with their severs/website. I have reported this to Wilson Audio, and they are aware of this. I have no details as to why it is down (down side to not working out of the office). Yet you can rest assured that I have brought it up several times the last couple days! I can't help but wonder if whatever it is might be messing with email as well. Then you throw in that John has been in Hong Kong (yet I believe was back in the office middle of last week), Trent is currently still in Asia, Daryl and Jerron were in California and have not been back to the office yet (vacation time for both of them from what I understand). Jerron should be back in the office tomorrow (the 17th). It is correct that I have not been able to receive PM's here on the AA forum, and that will soon be resolved. Please, if you have sent me a PM here on AA in the past couple weeks, or need to contact me, please feel free to email me at debby@wilsonaudio.com or lildebs888@yahoo.com or even give me a call on my personal cell phone at (801) 499-3119 (if you really need to talk to someone!). Although I am out of my home office until Friday on a trip with my husband and parents, I do still receive emails on my phone and have my lap top with me (that I check in the mornings and evenings). Again, I apologize for any inconvenience that the sight being down has caused any of you. If there is anything I can do to assist you while the site is down, feel free to ask (I know of some of our dealer sites which have our colors, information, etc. that I can refer you to if needed). I hope that this will be resolved quickly! Know that even with little hiccups such as this, you are not completely in the dark - I am here, and am happy to help as much as I can. As most of you know, I don't have all the answers and am not an expert like the John, Trent and Jerron at Wilson are - yet I am happy to try to find answers for you! -Debby |

Contrast Debby's letter with communication from MSS HIFI and learn what real customer service is!
It's nice to know that there are honest concerned people around. |

I really do hope that everyone on AA (as well as other people on other sites I am on as well) know that I really do care! Even with my limited knowledge and ablities - I try hard to do what I can, and am happy to go above and beyond for you (even if we don't agree on somethings even!). I love the people I have met here, and all you have taught me. I do hope that whatever is the problem with email, websites, etc. are all resolved quickly. Until then, I again open up my emails (both personal: lildebs888@yahoo.com and professional: debby@wilsonaudio.com, and even my personal cell number: (801) 499-3118 - vacation or no vacation) to those that are really needing questions answers while the rest of the Wilson staff is coming back from shows and vacation. Customer Service is important to Wilson Audio - our CUSTOMERS are important to us! Let me see what I can do to help those having a difficult time reaching anyone. Warm regards, Debby |
