Rob.......Looking at the C1000T block diagram and the circuit schematic, it looks like all signals at the Main, Speaker-1, and Speaker-2 outputs come from the Post Attenuator which is fed from the line stage tubes. So I would say yes, even in Passthru the audio signals go through the line stage tubes.
