Our MA2275 has been a daily driver for more than a decade. No issues.
We have other good amps however the MA2275 gets the most use.
We are using the MCD500 and PS Audio Directstream Jr as sources most of the time.
I think that there is a place in the lineup for the MA352.

Best wishes

Summary and Recommendations
The MA2275 is a wonderful piece of audio gear. It's a handsome 75-watt, integrated tube amplifier with enough flexibility to satisfy most audiophiles' demands. After several months of auditioning the MA2275, I continue to be amazed at how good it sounds. I have heard nothing in my listening room that equals its naturalness and purity. If the 75 watts per channel, the bulk, and hefty weight of this integrated amp are not problems, then I would urge any prospective purchaser to audition a unit in their home and hear it for themselves. I doubt they will be disappointed.

Anyway, the MA2275 is an amplifier with a perfectly balanced sound, created consciously and with reign over all sound and construction parameters. The choices are choices made by the constructors, and they wanted to create a tube amplifier that would not repeat the mistakes of previous constructions. Yes, we loose a bit of the magic the MC275 had, but we gain something else – splendid bass control, clean midrange and a good definition of the sound as a whole. And the McIntosh touch, that makes the device sound and look good when it is being bought as well as when it is left as a legacy to our sons or grandsons.

Missing the autoformer outputs, so I would say it is missing the single most iconic McIntosh feature of their solid-state amps/integrated amps.

To my eyes, perhaps too much of a good thing, though I could likely live with. Hopefully, they've cured the hum issue that so many of their MA252 seems to have suffered from. All-in-all, a clever design.

I recently could listen to it in a McIntosh dedicated session. For sure a great product given its price and other alternatives in this budget range. However, the Autoformer is a great thing what makes a Mc unique, and you clearly hear the lack of it.
