Volvo chooses B&W as OEM audio supplier
I read in the past that B&W hooked up with Harmon Industries to market to OEM clients, first was Maserati, now we have Volvo. Harmon is a Tier 1 OEM supplier so having them make the components will put car manufacture's minds at ease.
Volvo shows off new XC90's 19-speaker Bowers & Wilkins audio system | New and Used Car Reviews, Research & Automotive-Industry News & LeftLaneNews http://www.bowers-wilkins.co.uk/Auto...lvo/Volvo.html Harmon is a longtime BMW supplier, my guess BMW may be the next B&W customer. I find it surprising that this the first time the subwoofer is taken into account in the
body of the car -- this sounds a little obvious to me (no pun intended).
