The equipment rack looks full. Not sure if you thought about having room for expansion for an extra turntable or a media library/music server in future. Other than that, it looks pretty darn fancy!

Nice design, but you may want to consider putting the electronics in a built in off to the side so you are not as distracted watching a movie seeing all the meter lights etc or even better have a hidden gear room .

I wish I could say I planned the dimensions, but its pure dumb luck. Just the same footprint as the family rom above it. The ceiling is lower than I'd like at 8' 6", but will be fine.

Yes, that is the one in the lead at the moment, the design in my head keeps evolving, the plan on that one would be to allow the curtains to pull back into the columns to reveal the gear if I wanted to look at it

Thanks! I agree on the space issue. I have a few legacy pieces of gear in there that I probably won't end up putting in. Plus I'm seriously considering a dedicated 2 channel room now
