I would, if I may, suggest you consider the new Shunyata NR-Series of Venom power cords...

I say this as someone who has both, the original Flux 50 and the NR-V10 and V12 power cords.

I also have them both; there is no comparison using the Flux-50 with my Power Cables, Shunyata or WireWorld.

I truly wish I didn’t hear and see the profound improvement, I wouldn’t have bought well over 150 Flux-50’s. I have them on every single component that accepts an IEC connector, including video projectors, scalers, Subs, Power Conditioners, etc.

On the other hand, it’s only money.

I just want to get all of the performance from the expensive gear that I already own.

If that’s a psychological excuse/justification, so be it.

What's truly remarkable seems to be that no matter how expensive the audio gear may be there is actual real and audible improvement available from a multitude of products like the Furutech Flux 50 filter. As arguably ineffective as many so called system tweaks turn out to be, there are some products that rise to their performance claims. In my opinion, the Furutech Flux 50 is one such product.

Dan, are you able to provide any measurements using the Flux 50 vs. just a WW premium power cord?

Bill.......I'm not sure I understand what measurements you are asking about. When installing the Furutech Flux 50 to the Fathom subwoofer and the PS Audio P10 I only have my sense of hearing to determine any changes I experience.

Back in 2013 when I first installed the Flux 50 on a PS Audio Power Plant Premier feeding a pair of MC601's in the living room system I did a comparison of the system's sound with the Flux 50 with a Wireworld Silver Electra power cord and with the stock PPP power cord. This is an excerpt from post #39 of my original Furutech Flux 50 Filter Review........

I replaced a Wireworld Silver Electra power cord with a stock power cord plugged into the Flux 50 filter, then into the Power Plant Premier. Playing Keiko Matsui's "Between Two Moons" I was not able to detect any loss of the Flux 50's performance enhancements. Then I replaced the two Wireworld Silver Electra power cable from the Power Plant Premier to the MC601's with their stock power cords. The Flux 50 was still plugged into the PPP that feeds the amps but now there were stock power cords on the amps and the PPP. Playing Keiko Matsui "Between The Moons" again, this time I discovered a reduction in the strength of the synthesized bass. The authority of the deep synthesized bass notes seemed less robust without the Wireworld power cables between the Power Plant Premier and the amplifiers. The overall enhancement to the midrange clarity was still present with no loss in the air or sound stage width and depth, but the absence of the Wireworld Silver Electra power cords between the PPP and the amps was easily identifiable. Returning the WW Silver Electra power cables to the Power Plant Premier and the MC601's renewed all of the magic.

For those who understand the impact high quality power cables deliver, it is widely understood that stock cables do not deliver the ultimate performance available with high-end components. Although the sonic magic delivered by the Furutech Flux 50 in-line filter is clearly evident with stock power cords, it's sort of like ordering a banana split without the toppings. It will still taste good, but you know you're leaving some good things off if you don't go all the way. Either way, stock power cords or premium power cords, the Flux 50 is worth having in your sound system for its positive influence on a system's ability to flesh out all that is in a recording.

I hope this helps answer your question. Again, my measuring tools are my ears, which of course makes my analysis of what I hear totally subjective. Such is the life of an audiophile.

If an emi measurement is what you're looking for you could use one of these very useful units https://smartmetercovers.com/product...14075688583233
to test your own power cords and find which items around the home emit or reduce emi. I have one in my toolbox and use it constantly to monitor the components that reduce emi as well as the ones that contribute to the noise level.
