Default A small post of the Atohm GT1 in Stereophile

Here is the link : Atohm GT1.0 Speakers | Stereophile.com

My opinion : rather funny to read " they sound exceptionnally good" and "wish they were cheaper..." in the same article.
I would say " Wish you could think twice before writing".
The Atohm GT1 costs 2500 euros taxes included in France.
4000 dollars in the US is a fair price compared to the french price.
Now, when you listen to those speakers, you realize that even at this price, they are a bargain.
Simply the best bookshelf speakers I ever listened to. No matter the price.

Steve,

Excuse me if I 'm a bit crude here but that makes 2 times now that you post in my threads to talk about this german company, with no relation whatsoever with the original topic. This looks almost like spamming.
The first time, I understood that the reason was that you did not know how to post your own thread.
But now, I just can't get it. What could make you think that Atohm would be the "french name for Adam loudspeakers " ??? There is no translation of brands in this industry, like in almost any consumer market companies. McIntosh is still McIntosh in France, llke Pioneer, Sonus Faber and so on....

Excuse my ignorance and inexperience.........no intentional "spamming" on my part! But please lighten up! After all I am new to this AND this is supposed to be fun! As Rodney King said, "Can't we all just get along?" Seriously, a thousand pardons on my "trespass". Steve

One more thing concerning "spamming" remark, I assure you I have no association with the audio industry other than as a hobbyist for the past 40 years.I am a veterinarian and practice owner which allows me to indulge one of my passions, music and high end audio systems. And with this, I shall let the matter pass. Peace. Steve
