Magico's like amps that can supply a lot of current at low impedance.
But you are wright, don't see many Ayre amps/Magico speaker sets.

Guess it has to do with the zero feedback design of Ayre, very musical, but not sure for speakers that dip to a low impedance. (might be wrong here)

I concur on power. My D'Ag's love these M3's. Truly amazing soundstage, precision, weight, palpability. Fit my 14W x 19L and 10H room perfectly without issues.

Soulution and Constellation appear to be the brands that Alon voices his speakers with, I would guess that then is what most people want to run their Magico's with. As it says in the article, these two really bring the speakers to life...

Accuphase works well also, I have the older V3's which are even more difficult to drive then the newer ones (Q5 are the most current hungry), but I am driving them with a E-600 integrated (that is stable up to 1 Ohm, music signals)
