What caliber ammo is she shooting? Looks like 300 Match?

That recoil absorbing stock was also a big help. Think she would have said 'uncle' after a couple of shots without it. That looks a lot like the .338 Lapua. Makes my shoulder hurt just to think about shooting one without a recoil absorbing system of some sort.
A shooter at our club has a Barrett in .338 Lapua. Takes him about 2-hours to shoot 10-12 rounds. Think it addles his brain and he has to recover between shots. Or, at $4 per shot he may just be trying to get his monies worth. When he shows up I go to a different range or the opposite end of the firing line where I'm out in the open if he is under the cover. With that big break on his Barrett to help contain the recoil, the muzzle blast and noise are most uncomfortable for his fellow shooters. We are thinking about restricting muzzle-break equipped rifles to being shot outside of the firing line covers for that reason.
