Congratulations Ivan! Beagles are great dogs - my cousin had one when we were growing up and he was a lot of fun.
Also be sure to enjoy him while he is still a puppy - they grow up quickly! I remember very well when I first got my two labs - it seems like just yesterday but it was six years ago now...time goes by much too fast, especially in dog years...
