The short answer is “Yes”, I have been using ROON over a year on my SilenZio. Pretty sure there are many others as well. Mine is an early model but has had some power supply upgrades. It is running Win 7.

You will love it. While I was able to get it running immediately, -E- May have some tweaks to insure it operates at its highest level with your SilenZio . Reach out to him if you can.

Thank you! I just noticed this. WOW! I have been using the 3.40 driver all along. I always thought that Bryston would link you to the latest driver when you click on the driver on the website. Obviously not. I wonder why Bryston sends you to an old driver. Very odd. Let's see what happens

So the most recent driver upped the output to DSD128 from DSD64 and PCM to 384 from 192. So that's fabulous. A weird thing though, if I enable the ASIO zone in Roon, the WASAPI zone disappears. Very odd. Perhaps they are mutually exclusive. I am tempted to try the updated ASIO drive and get native DSD256, but I woryy it will blow out the driver again. I think I will eave well enough alone for now. Bryston needs to update their driver link so it lionks to the most recent driver though. Computer audio is great when it works but can be maddening when it doesn't!
