I love their gear also but now I am wondering what else is below standard? Whatever it is, hopefully it is just a minor nuisance. Most importantly, these amps apparantly sound great.

When I turned 40, I told my wife all the other ortho docs got a girl friend when they turned 40 but I would be happy with a convertible. The next day there was a SL500 in the garage and it hasn't left yet after 15 years.

Dang........i feel sorry for the people that will have issues with the binding posts ......my AZ plugs fitted in so easily and a quick turn and they are now very secure......ive had the amp on for 10 hrs straight playing music today....breakin it in

I just tried the WBT's and UltraLink Bananas and they fit perfect. I think it might depend on the type of banana you purchase. I did find that the cheepo bananas will not fit. Maybe we will need a quality banana to go with our quality amp?
