Wow, that's great. I've toured three times but never a personal tour by the man himself. I do, however have a "Love of music" book signed by Charlie Randall, Sid Corderman, and Ken Kessler. I also had Ron-C sign it at Ivan's 2008 party.

I think everyone should make it there for a factory tour at least once. I went two years ago, and had a great experience.

trust me, I had no expectations...and if I would have, Charles no doubt would have exceeded every one of them...
he cranked up the demo system with some Dire Straits...wished he hadn't.... my humble system will never sound the same after that experience, lol imho McIntosh = class act and Mr. Randall is the perfect 'keeper of the flame'
