I can't (and won't) second guess him becasue he obviously has a much higher point of reference than I do, not to mention much more time llstening in a critical fashion...
he makes a concerted effort to listen for differences, that takes practice & self training, I can't say I have ever done so...but I may try...play with my basic system just to see if I can...

my hearing isn't what it used to be...too many helos & airplanes without doors and shooting weapons without earplugs...errr, what? WHAT? WHAT!!!???
not to mention working in plants with compressed air driven machinery...

you do what you must...college wasn't cheap and no sugar daddy (mommy) was to be found...

I was on what I believe to be the right side (not perfect) but 'right'...
oh, and we were bad guys...the kind you'ld want on YOUR side

I just read this monumental thread cover to cover and all I can say is WOW. So weird ... so interesting ... so beguiling ...

Beerdraft, I congratulate you on an epic system.

And by the way, anyone who understands that forgiveness is easier to obtain from a spouse than permission is plenty "brite."
