Default Remote control for an MA6900

Hi All

Just acquired a used MA6900 and putting it through it's paces against my C32/MC2205 set up.

The amp did not come with a remote but a quick look online shows there was one available for the amp, the HR042 and the HR071.

There are some repros online but I don't want a repro. However, I remember what the remote on my C220 was like and POS, would be an apt description.

So i was wondering, is it worth chasing down an original remote, say the HR071, or should I just go with the inevitable and get one of those Harmony (or whatever else might work) remotes since my coffee table is mostly a remote holder?

If so, would the Harmony be able to be programmed for the MA6900 without having the original remote for it?

Eddie

Call Audio Classics. When I bought my MA6600, the new remote was the HR085. Most likely, that is the go to remote now.

Cool thanks for the heads up. I like to have things complete so I'll get one eventually
