Without CMS it will be too low haha, this helps by back during vinyl changing.
The wood table is a furniture grade coffee table.
I tried to isolate Pl10 from table resonant. I have
A spare CMS amp stand so I just use it. At first I
Thought about buying SolidTech Radius 3, but
Changed my mind, don’t wanna spend money.

^ agreed about removing the isolation. And, Roy Gandy would agree, too.

Reason please?
How about the coffee table itself.

There's nothing wrong with coffee table itself. The potential issue is the CMS stand that you're using is likely too massive for the Rega. You don't need to worry about the Rega being resonant, that is what the P10's feet and plinth were specifically designed to address. If you need to raise up the turntable to make it easier to change records, you should put it on something that is as light but stiff as possible, not something massive like the CMS platform. A good example is think about how light the top surface of an IKEA end table is. That structure is extremely stiff but very light. That's the kind of platform you want to rest the Rega on if you need to raise it for ease in changing records.

A single Quadraspire shelf, in bamboo, would work very well - light, stiff, and would give you some elevation.
