Pass dont product ampli with a "option" bi-ampli or bi-wire.....I think why.....Mr.Nelson dont think that is a good improvement solution?!?!?

Cables from my pre are Audio Magic Illusion Liquid Air. My speaker cables are Audio Magic Sorcerer Liquid Air. They're not copper or silver - they're liquid polymer.

My speakers are the Von Schweikert Unifield 3, which have the 2 sets of binding posts a few feet apart, so I need to biwire. That's why I'd need to fit 2 spades on each binding post of the x250.5.

Thank yuo for reply.

I do not know this company...never heard....

for the Pass I think that a pure silver is not the Top solution. a copper&silver will give a better sound -> have more sinergy (from what I have listen)

You taget to go connect in bi-wire I dont think will give a improvement in the sound quality with Pass.

Nelson Pass had never do / worked in this direction ....sure have try this way but dont pay and have abandoned the bi-wiring & bi-ampli idea....

If you go make a bi wire will work fine please let me know.

Raidho, did your dealer compare a x250.5 and xa100.5 side by side? I did it many times and a xa100.5 has more subjective power than a x250.5. They have no problems to drive a sasha or a bw

Audio Magic used to make silver cables before the "Liquid Air" line came out a few years ago

Hooked up the x250.5 last night. I was able to fit 2 spades on each binding post with no problem.

I didn't get much time to listen so far since it was late when I hooked it up, but I hope to have some more time with it tonight. I love what I've heard so far, though.

It's huge. I can't imagine how big the 350.5 is (or the even larger ones)

I was told by PASS when I had a 250.5 that to get additional improvement I would have to go up to the 160's. They said the 350.5 was not much improvement.

what or pre you use?

the 250.5 is a very "little" bomb.

the 350 is yes bigger but dont have a good sound....the 250 is better vs the 350.
the 100.5 are very great too.

you need turn on MIN. 15 min. before listen....after a 1 hr. is sure better....(and hot) but sound very great ....
