Troubleshooting Premier 11

When I turn on my amp after about five minutes the right two tubes are flashing it looks like and making a progressively louder popping sound from the right speaker.

Any thoughts?

New tubes are about three months old.

Are these the input/driver tubes or the 6550 output tubes? I assume its the input tubes since if it was coming from the output tube the fuse would blow.
