The matias tactile pro is a remake of the older mac keyboards which where mechanical a while back.
I have one of the liimited edition silver on black on the way, be warned that this particular keyboard should be quite noisy. |

Don't worry, Julian - I actually agree with you, for once. Mac keyboards and mice do need a lot of help.
There are a ton of USB, Bluetooth, and wireless Mac compatible keyboards out there. Best guess would be to check out a place like Newegg and use their very savvy search filtering; the user reviews there tend to lead you toward a nice watering hole.
