Aurender August 4, 2017 Software Update

Aurender Update 5:10:16.

Has anyone updated their Aurender and if so are they having a problem with their Meta Data with their Tidal Albums that were added (Saved) to their Library. In the Queue on the iPad it says Stream loading/unknown and no album art work. The albums play but no info. Tidal works fine as long as Album not saved to your Library. All the information shows correctly on the Aurender Screen it's self.

Works fine for me! No issues with Tidal albums added to my Library. All data is there. Contact Aurender through the app. They are very responsive

Scott.......Same for me. I updated my Aurender N10 yesterday without issue. All functions are performing properly.

Thanks I contacted Aurender thru the app. Waiting for their response. Maybe there is a glitch just with the N100h update. I see both of you have the N10. I'm hoping there is a quick fix. Have a good evening.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I have an n10 and n100h. Both are fine. No issues with either. Good luck

I have the N100H and have the same problem. Looks like a small glitch that they
need to address. Otherwise no problems and I must say it is a pleasure having
Aurender take care of updates and problems. They have a well deserved service
reputation and have been excellent to work with.

Have you contacted Aurender about this problem? I wonder how long a new update will take? Other than this problem the Aurender is great and sounds amazing.

No I have not contacted Aurender. I thought I would try reinstalling the update first. Everything still plays so I have not been in much of a hurry. I will play with it tomorrow and see what happens.

Jim.......Have you tried uninstalling the Aurender Conductor app from your iPad. That's the easiest first step. Then go to the Apps store in iTunes and download Aurender Conductor again. As soon as that is finished open the Conductor App and go to Settings>Software Updates>Check For Latest Updates to make sure you are running the latest app software. The whole thing takes less than five minutes. This may be all that is necessary to get you back to normal operation.
