Bud, a hearty welcome!
I went the same way: rediscovering music after an upgrade of my HT system.

By the way, there is a nice classical forum here: Classical Music Discussion - AudioAficionado.org

And a classical thread with over 8000 posts now!

Thanks folks. It's good to be here. I have already started spending money since I found out here that Sony has resumed selling the XA5400ES SACD player. I am going to upgrade my multi-channel system with it. However, it means I also have to upgrade my pre/pro since I need another HDMI input. Don't tell the Bryston group, but the SP3 is out of my price range, so I ordered a NAD T-187.
