Actually the previous pair were B1 stock not demo and in the Black Pearl Finish and I believe 6999.00 I listened to the demo pair on the floor last time I was up there with Mc1.25kw’s and they were incredible. Almost bit on the previous Black Pearl ones but every one who hears my system with the Signature SE’s tells me I don’t need anymore speaker, but you know how that goes.

I saw the Pearl Black ones on a recent visit up there. They weren't hooked up but I was always impressed with whatever pair of speakers from the Legacy line they had set up for demonstration at the time I was there.

Just yesterday a friend went to listen to the Legacy Signature SE and was similarly impressed. Just when he had thought things couldn't get better, the owner put on a pair of Daedalus Apollo that he also had which he found to be on an even higher level of refinement above the Signature which I found rather surprising.

Like Legacy, Daedalus speakers are also high sensitivity while boasting deep LF performance without refrigerator-sized cabinet volume- characteristics that never went hand in hand in speaker designs of the past.

Yes the Daedalus speakers do sound good and extremely efficient. However comparing and Legacy 8k speaker to the Daedalus 20K it should sound a lot better. Two rooms I always spend the most time in at shows is Legacy and Daedalus

Yes. I've had the same experience with my TV, a Pioneer plasma. But that's changing, and if I can find someone to take it I'll be after an OLED. And although I still like my Mirages, I still look at the Signatures. But if I wait long enough, they'll go up in price to the point they'll not be viable for me and problem solved!

I think.
