Default Q7 killer near my home

I heard and saw that Tidal Sunray G2 have been installed in a place near my home. The installer who is also
Like a friend to me, also Tidal dealer, told me that the Sunray bass went much deeper than Q7 , he believed into 10 Hz range
Also he said he felt like real band playing in front of him when he heard Sunray.
That was his claim, but I don't worry much because Sunray price is way out of reach anyway. But it is interesting to know that G2 is that good. In that set up it paired with Accuphase source, ARC REF40 pre and Krell EVO600 amps. MIT cables.
I think I will go to witness that killer sound soon once it has fully broken in.

Wow, toga. Not too many people can "kill" your system. I have a feeling you won't lose any sleep over a few hertz.

I would put my money on the Q7, have heard the Tidals in Munich one time (not sure if excatly the same model) and was not too enthousiatic about it. (although show conditions usually are not great)

Wow, the Tidal dealer thinks their flagship is better than the competitor's, who would've thought

It's cool that you have access to hear these, Toga. But my bets are on the Q7 as well... Very few speakers can get good sound out of those ceramic drivers...

+ 1. The new, revised Vitus MP Series mono blocks would be a perfect match with the Q7's. Hans Ole said that combo is the best he's ever heard.

I heard the Stingray. I don't think it is at the level of transparency and purity of tone if the Q7. At least it didn't impress me.
If what you want is 10Hz speakers, just buy a Qsub-18 on the top of your Q7.
My previous EA MM3 was going down to 15Hz in my room. I honestly don't think it brings much, because there is very little (acoustic music) signal below 25Hz...

Personally, I don't think the 10Hz things is possible. From the physical aspect. And now he explained he meant ten something, like 18Hz.. But in this Sunray set up, there is no separate subs. Just stand alone Sunray. Will update as soon as I hear it.

At the last moment before I decided to buy Q7, the other option was Tidal Agoria.
The waiting time was 10 month at that time, and my Q7 is about 10 months old now.
I did not choose Agoria because
1. I really can't buy speakers that I never audition first, especially at this price.
2. Not really sure that side firing woofers will work well in my set up, too risky.
3. The one that Price ok to me is black, for the wood veneer one, a lot more expensive. Anyway the Q7 also black in the end.
4. I think I can hear the sound of ceramic cones. Ceramic sound, I have heard at length many Marten and Isophon RC7,RC11.
