For headphones easily the MHA150. The headphone amp in the MA252 is very good but does not compare.

The MA252 looks like the perfect all in one package: amp, DAC, headphones and tubes pre with solid state power. Also do not forget the incredibly design. Add a nice booksheld speaker and a small streamer and your set. Audiophile simplicity at its best and at a relatively reasonable cost.

This could become a classic.

Does the MA252 have a built in DAC?

I was under the impression it was all analogue.

I finally got my first set of Sonus Faber speakers. Olympica III’s and Center in Wenge. I absolutely love them!!

These replaced my Revel F208’s which served me well for 4 years but these were always the end goal.
