Yep, that thing has a plug for everything (except a nagging wife's/gf's mouth).

I believe Denon's AVP uses a multi-layered dampened chassis w/ cast feet in their their AVP/POA/DVD-A1UD and A100 Aniversary product line. This should account for some of the weight.
