The New VPI Prime Signature
Looks like a lot of TT for the money.
Avenger motor Steel corner post Classic signature feet 10 inch reference 3D Steel arm board and I think it comes with the Valhalla cablings too.

I heard the regular VPI prime at last year's RMAF and it was 1 of only 4 turntables that impressed me. I can only imagine how good this one is. Good on VPI for constantly innovating while keeping prices reasonable.

Watching this new Prime Signature closely. It might be "the one".

While I liked the Prime Signature, I eventually had Mat's team build me an Aries 3D (they had already stopped production). It was worth the extra wait to get exactly what I wanted. I love the plinth on the Aries and consider it a smaller version of the HR-X, which is just too big for my available space. Very happy!

Gorgeous turntable! You made the right choice, IMO.

I'm not too sold on the looks of that TT and don't feel like it'd be a significant upgrade over my 2/3 hybrid with a 3D arm. I'm sure it'll do well, though. They make great products.

VPI should have never dropped the Aries 3D TT. A very solid performer.

I agree, sonically the Aries 3D was the sweet spot in the line. The prime signature is MDF aluminum MDF instead of the acrylic alum acrylic. So they are building in more profit with a cheaper design |

Have you seen the New Mark Levinson TT that was just announced. Apparently the unit was made by VPI and strangely enough it looks very similar to the Aries3. Wonder if that is the reason for its departure....
