Ok, no one else said it, so I will congratulate the team I've supported almost religiously since the fourth grade. It was not pretty at all, but it was a national championship. It also helped take the edge off of last year's loss in the final seconds, but that one will never completely go away.

Go Heels! It was an up and down journey, but the Heels dug deep and found themselves the last team standing! 2017 National Champions! I remembered after the game that back in 82' when UNC also won it all, I was in Chapel Hill and we painted Franklin Street Carolina Blue! Biggest Party I have ever been to to this day. I told my nephew I was heading down after the game for the party but c'mon I'm an old man now and was asleep 5 minutes after the buzzer!
