Thankfully I am on the ground floor. My store is full of component and speaker boxes already.

At least to non-audiophiles, I think they probably think I am crazy to spend this sort of money on a........................speaker?!.....and amps?!

I haven't been changing things much at all (ah..saving grace) and this probably will be the forever set.
Come to think of it...I have only sold one thing since I start this hobby in 2002 ie my first amp - an integrated NAD 320BEE. I still have the Quad 11Lv1. The amp was replaced with the primare I30 which i still have. so rather faithful to my gear.

My dad still has the celestion sl600 (which is great - accurate, neutral, dark, lack bass), tandberg big cassette deck and integrated and the TD150.

I saw white 805 on my local dear here in Melbourne. For me it looks contemporary but not sure if i would like to see them in crowded room, may be nice if the room is minimalist style.

Black is the best one but maintenance will be very high due to attracting dust and intend to get light scratched easily.

I endup ordered rosenut color.

I've loved the rosenut finish the most since I saw 802 for the first time, when they were nautilus 802's. Great choice!

My friend has pearl white 802D3. It is in matt finish which is beautiful and easy to maintain.

But I prefer black version because I am worry white will become yellow after 10 years.

I prefer rosewood because everything else in the room is mahogany or cherry. And they make the effort to match the grain on both speakers!

But I wear watches that have to be wound every so often and trousers with cuffs and drive a station wagon....
