According to my listening experience at my dealers, the 803d3 seems to have a distinctly different tuning from the 802d3 and 800d3. Using the same top electronics (Accuphase pre-/poweramps) the 802d3 and 800d3 did sound excellent, whereas the 803d3 was a clear mismatch with that same electronics.

Exsg, you don't have to be a subscriber to post pics. Just take photo of your setup using a digital camera or phone, upload it to photobucket.com, copy the image link from PB and paste it here, that's it.

Hey Vinod,

Thanks for the reminder! I have completely forgotten about this site. It has become rather trashy and hard to use compared to a few years ago.

Setup not complete yet. Spikes not down. Placement not sorted out yet.

Let me know what you guys think.

Looks wonderful E!

I would say you need some treatments as it appears quite reflective. You also need bass traps especially behind the speakers.

Thanks Scott. The delivery guy scrapped some wood off the floor when he moved these babies in.

Thanks Joey_v. Can you share a photo of your setup too?

Room treatment will come after wires. Too much spending now. Will hold on for a bit.
