Miles Davis - E.S.P.
MF SACD The 2 albums were the hors d'oeuvres for the album we end the night with. The first album of Davis' Second Great Quintet. Fabulous, and in my personal top 100 jazz albums.

Cannonball Adderly - Swinging in Seattle: Live at The Penthouse, 1966-1967
2019, via Qobuz Jim Wilke, one of the great jazz DJs, has been playing music for Seattle audiences since the early 60s, and recording performances on his own for much of that time. Some have been selectively released over the years, and some he just plays on his jazz show on KNKX FM in Seattle. This is one of those recordings, and a fine one it is.

What jazz music are you listening to?
Bart, Looks like you’re getting quite the heatwave this week - maybe you should turn off all those beautiful tubes[emoji41]
