I have a KRC-HR that's been in use for a long time and it still sounds great. I have a KBL that currently resides in my storage which will be put into my downstairs system as soon as my Kenwood L09M return from a rebuild.

These 2 units have been my best audio investment.

always a Krell fan... my first Krell has to be the KSA-100S amp running the Apogee Duetta Sign. IMO, a Krell is a modern hi-end collectible as a Mcintosh to the vintage stereo.

My first Krell was back in the early 90's with the KSA-100S running the Apogee Duetta Signature... IMO, a Krell is a modern hi-end collectible as a Mcintosh to a vintage stereo.

My first Krell was the KID, love it. I have been eyeballing Krell since I first knew they existed when I saw the KSA 50 and I believe it was a PAM7 running I believe it was Thiel 2.x speakers. it was also the first time I ever saw higher end speaker cable/interconnects, some little company called Cardas with the snails. Oh what has passed under the bridge in 25 years.

My first krells were the FPB 650M monoblock amps. Moved on to all tube system, but loved those amps with the Thiel 7.2s i used them with.

Default My first Krells

I have just purchased a late immaculate KRC-HR, and am awaiting the arrival of a KSA-150 from the States. Refurbished by Krell in 2008. Can't wait.

You'll love this combo. I'm using my KRC-HR driving 1.6QRs with a pair of Velodyne HGS15s into Odyssey Mono Statos Extremes and at times I have ask people to leave because they keep pulling more and more cds out of their pockets.

We have great fun.

I can only imagine what the KSA-150 combo will sound like.
