Gents, don't worry I have no stress at all reading/posting on this forum, but a comment like "I don't like eggs, so nobody shall like eggs" made me write the post, people just could have have ignored my answer :-)

Yeah I kinda wondered why hewhoshallnotbenamed seems to get away with making spurious comments about MQA [emoji51]

In any case I think if we want to discuss MQA further we should use the older MQA thread in a more general audio forum and not one specifically created by Bryston to discuss why Bryston doesn't wish to support MQA.

A big thumbs up to John Atkinson. He tells it like it is after measuring the Brinkman Nyquist DAC. That frankness is often absent in today's audio publication. Way to go Stereophile.
+1. Great example of a group of independently excellent components poorly stitched together.

And on ComputerAudiophile:

P.S.:

"Editor's Note 1: MQA ltd was sent a copy of this article several days prior to the scheduled publication date. The company requested a phone conversation, which took place earlier this week. MQA was encouraged to write a response for inclusion with the article below, but it respectfully decline to submit a formal response.

All I can say is WOW, right between the eyes. I myself have been interested in MQA decoding of Tidal. It would be nice if tidal or someone with a similar library offered 24/96 or DSD streaming , HD tracks would be a natural. Competition is good for the consumer, we can only hope
