Sometimes it seems haphazard regardless of lp thinness. Sometimes it seems like it happens more when my garage work area is cooler around 65f in the am.
i have a query out to robert stein on this and soap solution longevity and will report back
PS initlal response from Robert was ambiguous. I asked if he could contact germany for a more precise answer

i cannot do pics. buy electrical cord ties that are 8 inches and cut then down to the sqeegee length. cut a little sharp point to make sliding it on the backside of the sqeegee easier. The ads bracket that holds the sqeegee is not flat but a little v like which creates room for the sqeegee to move away from the lp. Slide the tie slowly so that only the the tie buckle sticks out past the side edge of the sqeegee. this moves the sqeegee forward towards the lp about 1/8 inch. i only had drops on the front side so i did not insert a tie on the back sqeegee

A big thank you to rlw3 for the zip tie advice....works like a charm. I've passed on the tip to my dealer and asked him to suggest that the manufacturer extend the wipers. Does anyone else seem to think that the lp alignment could be better and that the misalignment might be the cause of the front side having drops of water on it more often than not?
