Default Arcici air blatter leak fix needed

Anyone gone thru a leak and had to fix it? How do you unglue the tube if needed to fill tube underwater? Is there any kind of goop that you can inject that will cure any leaks? Hope I dont have to tear down my rack.

PS got lucky turned out it was the valve pin that was leaking which is easy to replace. Goops like slime are not permanent, are made to spread where the tread is due to tire spinning-so would be no good for fixing the upper parts of a tube as it lies sideways and does not spin.
