Need help on C1100 tube rolling

Hi, Iam using the C1100 Preamp connected only to a CD player.
do I need to change all the tubes?
or which are the ones 12AT7A and 12 AX7 should I change?
And what are your expertise recommendations that I can improved on over the stock tubes in terse of details, quietness and soundstage?

I will be doing the same with my C1100 soon and I only use the line stage since I don't have a TT. I have purchased six Gold Lion Gold Pin Tubes, two 12AX7 and 4 12At7 types - half for the right channel and half for the left channel. The line stage tubes look like they are the ones facing out of the front of the C1100. I have been very happy with the stock tubes but now that my C1100 is almost 3 years old I am curious to what happens when I make a switch. I just need to get motivated to make the change.

I use two Mazda 12AX7A and four Mullard CV4024, total six tubes for line stage.

I changed to GL in the line stage of my C1100 and found them to be more detailed yet equally smooth. That was almost two years ago.

Put in some Gold Lions in the line stage late last week and after about 50 hours I’m hearing a very obvious improvement! I loved these in my C2500 and I’m even more impressed in the C1100.

Anyone know what the stock tubes are in the C1100?

This is good to know. I changed out the stock tubes to GL's and didn't hear an improvement so pulled them out after about 10 hours. Looks like I may not have waited long enough.
