No, there are no financial reports, minutes, meetings, et al. It is primarily a financial support of this site (which has a cost to Ivan). As pointed out, there are other benefits. If you buy even one thing, the discount will likely make you more than $25. But as I said, that is not the point, the support is.

Thanks Randy & Crew... You nailed it, if you enjoy the site the very modest cost of $25 for an annual Subscription goes a long way in helping support the costs of running AA.

We are getting close to yet another rather large Server upgrade due to our growth. I also permit uploading of large files, and Hi-Res pics; all of which takes more bandwidth and money. Not to mention, free mobile apps and much more.

This Site is driven by two things:

Members Support, and my Passion for the Hobby!

OK, you've all convinced me. I don't really have pictures to post or a system to brag about, and I don't think a lot of people will want to PM me (unless you want to talk skiing or biking) but I have gotten a lot of good, and friendly, advice here, which I appreciate.
