Default MC452 x 2 = Bi-amp heaven?

You can get a screaming deal on a used 452 right now.
Has anyone on the forum bi-amped a pair?
Curious if bi-amping 452’s would be better than going with a used pair of 601’s (and forget the bi-amp).
Thoughts?

Jon, To be clear, you are thinking of either using one amp for the low end of both channels and other for the high end or having each amp Power the low / high end with their two channels?

Go for one amp per speaker, one amp for each channel. You elliminate channel crosstalk

Plus shorter speaker cables, which is always better and cheaper.

Can't do that with the MC452 though.

Isn't cross talk with a high end stereo amplifier just a myth?

I am pretty sure you can do it! Or use two sets of interconnect from the pre-amp to the MC452 or one set of interconnects to the MC452's than use the other set of interconnects from the "out" to the other channel on the 452. This might seem complicated but there are two ways to do it.

If it was, than why would it be in the specs of all gear?!
Edit:
Maybe not all, but there are many producers specifying it.
