I think I saw some hollow VTX wiring for a PD way back and much larger "strands" were used. Hypothetically would it be totally out of the question to just go Ag on every third "strand" of say a PD's VTX conductor? If there was 24 VTX conductors in a VTX cable, 8 of them could be Ag. Then the center would be hollow again? Sorry, just curious. Last edited by crion2; 06-03-2020 at 11:53 PM. |

1) How is Cmode filter different from NIC? 2) Is the size of QR/BB in Everest the same as that in Tritron V3? 3) Will there be more benefits to use Typhon v3 together with Everest? |

2: The QR/BBs in the Denali v2, Everest and Omega QR are new generation devices that are much smaller with higher levels of effectiveness. The Tv3 and TQR use a prior generation that are much larger. So the two generations are not directly comparable in “physical” size. That being said the Everest QR/BB is significantly more effective. 3: I think the Everest is very balanced as is. Just mate it to a great power cord like the Sigma XC or the Omega XC. Typhon QR is excellent when used to power amplifiers. If you have a Typhon QR I would use it for that purpose.
