Default Goodbye to the XRT30's

The room is empty of speakers now. The 30's were boxed up and removed. It went without a hitch. I had all the original boxes and OM which really helped. I left some tape down where the panels set. I don't think the Maxx's will be difficult to position because I know where the zone of voice neutrality begins and my sitting position is realitively fixed. Should be a matter of fine tunning. The 30's were fine speakers. I enjoyed them for 8 years.

Did you already start reading the MAXX3 manual? Remember that when you receive them you will want to listen to music, not to a read 80 page long manual ...

Hello Charles!

It will be interesting for you and for us to make some pictures from the delivery and the set-up in your room.

I am a little sad that I have missed to take photos of such a spectacular operation.
The van a Mercedes Sprinter full with wooden boxes came on our property, unloading the biggest boxes with the woofer cabinets out of the van, 5 strong man carrying the woofer cabinets on the stairs in the first floor, 7 man were working, one woman was cooking coffee ... measuring my body/my sitting position... the frist listening...

Delivering the power amps ML 33! - two big wooden boxes on our property:
I engaged Russian piano transporters residing in Germany to carry the power amps in the first floor. The boss came frist and looked at the boxes.
His first comment: 'Does anyone need such things?'
I: "Yeeees!'
The boss of the piano transporters: 'What is that?' 'O. K. we will come with three men. We need wooden paths for the stairs, strong rops and shoulder straps.'
I could really read his thoughts - 'What a crazy guy!'

After the transport has finished three strong Russian men were sitting in my room, looked at the even huger X-1's and listened to a record of Carl Maria of Weber 'The ruler of the ghosts' performed by the Russian National Orchestra. They were very impressed.

So Charles do not miss the historic event in your life, delivery und set-up of a Wilson speaker system. A Wilson is not only a speaker. It is a really speaker system.

Best regads!
Friedrich
