Arborists at work
Earlier this week I had a tree service here to take down a couple of rather large hemlocks that had become somewhat problematic. It was fun watching these professionals work and thought it might interest others.

Tony. I too live in a heavily wooded area, and periodically we have to call upon the local tree services to remove a problematic tree. In the southeast area where I am located, we have to deal with pine trees. Thanks for sharing.

Needed six elms removed due to Dutch Elm Disease. There is an arborist up there somewhere.

Had a sweet gum removed awhile back -- no place to drop it in pieces in the back yard; so, call in the boys with the big toys.
My neighbor flipped out when he opened his email of the picture at work. They gently placed it in the street and most pieces/limbs into the chipper she went. Neighbors Home: Best Sirs, Bob
