Default Spatial Audio M3 Triode Master

Anyone heard these open baffle speakers? Their sibling speaker, which is one step down the food-chain, gets excellent reviews.

I've heard the M4 Turbo and the X2 - both at RMAF. I've not heard the M3 triode master. The models that I have heard from Spatial sounded very very good.

Glenn

I bought the M3 Turbo S last March and had them upgraded to the Triode Master in July. I think they are a great speaker and a bargain. Would love to hear the X2, but that will have to be for an upgrade for some time in the future. Clayton has his own section over on AudioCircle where he participates with the owners. I have found that contrary to popular belief they do not need to be placed five to six feet from the back walls. I tried them from 2 1/2 to six and settled on 3 feet from the front edge of the baffle. Mine are in my Family Room system with a pair of Rythmik subs.

Thanks. May have to give set of red Triode Masters a 60-day home trial after the first of the year.

I placed an order for the X2 early November. I am waiting for them to arrive. i want to compare open baffle speakers to my Andra III's. Clayton is really easy to reach, talk to and discuss audio with.

sircharles ... looking forward to your impressions of the X2's. They sounded nice at RMAF this year. That Clayton is an interesting guy.

Thx. But, too soon. Not yet sure speakers that large will fit into my new listening area.
