Wireworld hdmi for 3d

Hey guys,

For 3d viewing in short runs of a m. Do I need to upgrade my hdmi cables? I am using wyrewizard high def from nordost right now.

Also is it true that the new hdmi cables are better for the 240hz LEDs?

I have been itching to try wire worlds hdmi cables for a while. I do not need the Internet function , not really sure what that is used for. If any one can explain if it's worth getting that option for growth reasons please explain.

Any thought would be great along with what version of ww hdmi I should go with.

Does this really help with fast movement pixels my led is Sony 55nx810

Really the only thing you need is a high-bandwidth HDMI cable. The HDMI+e is for the future when we wont have to deal with all this networking, etc. HDMI 1.4 is out-of-the-gate 3d ready, but 1.3a may require dual outputs (one for audio, one for video).

Not 100% sure, though - this is from info from the beginning of the year when 3d was "becoming" the fad. I'm still not all that into it so I can't be Mr. Uber-geek on it.

That's what I'm wondering, on short runs do you get better results for a lack of a better term with different hdmi cords?

Not necessarilly; in the Cape I use what is called a "Reference Length" Platinum Starlight HDMI. It is only 10" long, but the image is stunningly better than the Silver Starlight HDMI it replaced.

When you say the image is better are you referring to color satiation or noise level? More than not it's pro both.

For all but the most discriminating, Silver Starlight is the way to go.

I hate when I do multiple post due to I forget to ask everything sorry guys,

But here is the kicker where is it most important to use the better hdmi or should you always stay with the same? Should you use straight runs from fios to tv and bi pass av processor or go through? Is it more important to use a higher end cable coming out of the processor or going in if at all any

Yes to both, but to sum it up; more natural & film like. In fact it really does look like film, tremendous depth.

If you want to try to accomplish audio+video over 1 cable, you need to run to the Pre/Pro. This is not a bad thing - it saves a lot of money and makes setup and control a snap (1 button on the pre-pro remote and your video input changes, etc - life becomes very efficient).

However, this may not be possible in the future over HDMI1.3a since both audio and video require so much bandwidth.

In addition, if you demand nothing but the absolute best, most pure signal - audio or video - then you have to run a dedicated cable for each lane.
