My Windows 10 app on my laptop still freezes--in fact, it won't play at all today. When I stream, I get frequent, sometimes constant dropouts and clicks, plus it isn't gapless. (I've uninstalled/reinstalled--nothing helps.) Something needs to give or I will likely cancel when it's time to renew later this month.

No issues for me using Qobuz through Roon and mconnect Control.

I also find the user interface bloated and a bit clunky. Bottom line: I canceled this morning.

I just installed Audirvana Plus on a trial basis. It has eliminated the gapless problem as well as the dropouts--they were caused by the WASAPI version of the DAC driver. Switching to the ASIO version, which A+ allows, eliminated them. I'll have to decide if it's worth $99, but it's looking and sounding pretty good!
