Well I believe Dan has suggested 40hz to start low.

Have you or are able to, optimally place your B&W 800s in your room? To properly load your room with them and get the best low end they can give you? It takes patience and toward the end, small like 1/4" - 1/2" movements also optimize the imaging. If you haven't I strongly suggest you do.

Then and only then start playing around with your subs. For me, I would begin with my mains optimized as good as they can be then run them full range and slowly blend in the subs by adjusting the crossover point and sub gain/volume AND location.

The other option is to speak with Barry from JL Audio about coming to your home to do the job for you!

I'll go back to full range and ease up with the subs.

Yes, my B&Ws are out in the room.

Frankly with the MEN220, I'm shocked at how good the B&Ws sound on their own.

I'm just hoping for some extra slam.
