Thanks to everyone for their feedback!

I went with Antonmb's suggestion of the Moon 430HA, which is available without a DAC. It has balanced inputs and will drive balanced phones, but lacks a balanced line out - but I can live with that.

Here's a quick pic of the Moon in the rack. It sounds terrific.
